Using the per minute option students pay a per minute fee (the amount of this fee is still to be determined).
In addition to this fee if any long distance fees apply those will appear on the student's telephone bill.

Using the toll free option the school pre-pays a fee to purchase a block of time which will be used by their students while taking the exams. No charges will be assessed to the student. |
School Account Fee To cover administrative and support costs schools will pay a nominal annual account fee based on the size of the distance learning program at the institution.
